Paintball Assault Stingray

Yet another Stingray project. Why Stingrays? Well they're practically free, easy to hack up and I had a bg box of them so why not. This time I wanted a little more. I took one of my Mini-launchers and a new style Stingray barrel extension and mounted them on a Stingray II.

The assembly is one piece. The launcher connects to the barrel extension via a hinge. The barrel extension uses my own tightening method that won't allow it to slide off of the barrel. The back part of the launcher is fastened on using a U shaped bracket and a long bolt that goes through the front of the grip frame in place of the pin. The Stingray required no modification at all to mount the assembly. The assembly can be removed from the ray by removing the one bolt, tipping the launcher down away from the barrel extension and loosening the nut on the barrel extension so you can slide it off. The whole process takes less than a minute.
