Tippmann Ordnance Shells

If you've never seen one, these things are huge and I'm not even sure if they make them anymore due to the scenario game rule changes. They are a 20oz shell that are about the same size as a 140 round tube. They are an odd width of a true 2 1/4". You would need to either buy a launcher from Tippmann Ordnance or construct one with a barrel that can fit these monsters. They are made out of a cardboard tube. The paint sack is fairly thin wall surgical tubing filled with baby blue paint. It it closed off on top with a cable tie. The bottom is filled with foam goo and cut flat. These are very nose heavy and should land nose down. I assume the impact of this huge thing would break the cable tie and make paint spray everywhere. They may still have some of the impressive pics of the damage on their web site. They were shooting them out of a howitzer that they charged $6000 for. The shells were about $10 ea. I don't know about the rest of you, but that was a bit out of my price range anyway!
