Paintball Cannon / Launcher Splatter Shells

These are one of my favorites as they are quick and easy to make, very safe and make a royal mess of someone. All they are is balloons filled with a thick nasty paint mixture. I use 2 at a time in the launcher.

Materials-
Small water balloons or latex glove fingers.
Thick baby blue paint.
Toilet paper, paper pieces or something similar to make the paint chunky.

Assembly -

1. Mix the thick paint and Toilet Paper in a 20 oz pop bottle.
2. Use a 20oz pop bottle, fill the ballon with the mixture and tie it off. Balloons should be able to fit down your barrel without much effort. Making them too large is just a pain.
3. (Optional) You may want to make a wadding block to use under the balloons to increase the distance. (See Shotgun shells for wadding instructions.

Use -
Load 2 of these down the barrel (wadding first if used). Aim directly at target and quickly open the ball valve.

A thick spray of paint and chunks will fly up to about 30'. While not a great distance, it does create an awesome mess. If there's someone you really want to paint, this is the way! You will need to clean your barrel after though! :)
